Mockups and Acceptance
How can I see what my set looks like?
Once you've placed your order, we'll get to work. You'll receive screenshots and an interactive model browser so you can see exactly what you're getting!
Can I get photos of the prints prior to shipping?
Yep! We send photos of any and/all prints for your prior to shipping as well as a shot of the box we're packing them in!
Can I make changes once I see the mockups?
Yep! We include one round of feedback in the request. Any additional feedback based on change of mind etc will be billed according to our base customisation rate. See
Pre-purchase
I'm getting my dice printed, can I get the STL files too?
Absolutely. We provide digital copies of all assets including fonts, logos and (unsupported) STL files free of charge.
Do I get copyright / commercial rights?
Yes. You are allowed to use any assets we provide commercially, whether to use or sell.
Can we voice / video chat?
Sure thing! Just fill out the form and we'll make a time (I'm pretty flexible with timezones).
Additional Services
Can you edit fonts?
It depends. Font editing is an art-form of its own - that said we've made plenty of changes for customers including removing serifs, modifying 1s to look less like 7s or reshaping 4s.
Can you help design / vectorize by logo?
Yes, but please reach out and discuss your requirements.
3D Printing and Curing
What 3D printers do you use?
We use 12k and 14k Elegoo Saturn printers that have been dialled in for dice models. These printers make incredibly detailed and accurate prints once dialled in, and easily compete with much more expensive commercial printers.
What post curing process do you use?
All our prints are water-cured for 30 minutes in UV light. Water curing has been shown to dissolve many of the photopolymers that are known to poison silicone. Water cured prints show similar characteristics to prints that are air-cured over 7+ days.

What resins do you use?
Though we regularly try different resins, the go-to is still Siraya Tech Fast Navy Grey and Tough. These resins have fantastic dimensional accuracy, sharpness and are little-to-no issues with silicone inhibition when post-cured correctly.
What do you use to design your dice masters?
We use Autodesk Fusion, a commercial 3D CAD application for industrial design. This allows us to create complex shapes while maintaining mathematical integrity to the whole model.
Where are you located?
I'm located in Melbourne, Australia. The timezone is GMT+10
