We’ve got some news to share that’s a little tough for us, but we want you to hear it directly from us.
What’s happening?
Australia Post has temporarily paused all parcel deliveries to the United States. This is because of new U.S. import rules that require extra tariffs and fees on every single package. Until a proper system is in place to handle these charges, Australia Post has had to stop shipping.
We know this is frustrating—especially since nearly 70% of our customers are in the U.S. That means most of you reading this!
Why this matters so much to us
We don’t see you as “just customers.” You’re the heart of our little business. Every time you order, share, or even comment on our posts, you remind us why we do this. To suddenly have our main way of reaching you cut off is honestly heartbreaking.
What we’re doing
- We’re staying glued to the updates from Australia Post.
- We’re exploring other shipping options, even though most are currently expensive.
- We'll be paying tariffs on all pending orders when shipping resumes - we'll be adding duty collection to our site for the USA (and hopefully EU/UK as well) so that the pricing is fully transparent.
- And most importantly—we’re committed to keeping you updated every step of the way. Keep an eye on this blog for more details.
